Yes, they existed. Unfortunately, some were lost due to (my) human error; specifically streams 0020 – 0027 (RIP). But! Information was kept, and here is a brief overview of the details of those early streams. While not many people watched these streams (at least by my reckoning), they are the building blocks that led to what you see currently.
Why are they not visible? I’ve always regarded Twitch streaming as ephemeral, and so does Twitch as a general policy. VODs of past streams are kept for 14 days (60 for Prime, Partners and Pro users). Results are important, but not as important as the journey to get there. 吾唯足知.
